Yes, the excessive heat warnings are still here in the Midwest and it doesn’t look like they are going anywhere soon. Bleh. Luckily, we are still in full party mode with our Elena of Avalor party from Friday! Putting up all the decorations and, of course, the main event of FINALLY getting to watch Elena of Avalor on Disney Channel are wonderful, but little tummies need something to nibble on. 🙂

I’m pretty sure every parent’s worst nightmare is planning a wonderful Disney trip and on the first day at Magic Kingdom their kid is throwing a major tantrum for all of the park to see…..totally been there. What is a parent to do? Do I give them a timeout? Leave the park? What?
I love to travel, and it’s usually to places that would take many more hours than I care to be trapped in a car with two little ones. The best option for us to make those long journeys is to book a flight.
My Minnie and Mickey are 5 and 2, so you can imagine that the Disney Jr. Channel is very popular in my house. I can’t even count the times I have caught myself humming the Miles From Tomorrowland theme when I am doing chores around the house (to be fair, it is really catchy :)). So, one of the top priorities for a character dining reservation was the Disney Jr. Play & Dine at Hollywood Studios!
